U4GM Where to Farm Bastions Solo for 31K in ARC Raiders
If you're trying to push solo Damage Bastions for real points, the first thing you learn is that survival matters more than style. I wasted loads of runs before that clicked. I'd down a Bastion, get greedy, then lose the whole haul on the way out. That's why I started building around consistency, not hero plays, and having the right tools ready, even if that means sorting out cheap Arc Raiders items ahead of time, makes the route much easier to repeat. The score only matters if you actually leave with it, so every decision should be made with extraction in mind from the start. Pick the map for your goal Map choice changes the run more than people admit. Dam Battlegrounds is still the best option if you're chasing a top-end number because the Bastion spawns at Pipeline Tower and Hydro Domes are reliable enough to plan around. The catch is obvious: other players know that too. You can have a brilliant opening and still get jumped on your way between zones. If you're not trying to force a personal best every run, Stella Montis is a smarter solo map. It's calmer, easier to read, and way better for clean exits. Also, don't ignore event timing. A 2x modifier like Night Raid or Electromagnetic Storm is the difference between a decent run and one that's actually worth the risk. Why stealth beats raw damage The biggest mistake is treating Bastions like a normal damage race. That usually ends with you exposed, burning ammo, and dragging half the map onto your position. The cleaner play is the Photoelectric Cloak with a Deadline Mine. It's simple, but you've got to be patient with it. Cloak first, move in from behind, place the mine, then leave before the machine reacts. Once you get the spacing right, it feels almost unfair. If you don't have that setup yet, there is a backup plan. Climbing Pipeline Tower and dropping impact grenades can still work, but it's messy and loud, which is exactly what solo players don't need. Run the loop, then know when to stop A good route doesn't need to be fancy. Start at Pipeline Tower, rotate to Hydro Domes, and use the downtime to clear smaller enemies like Leapers and Rocketeers while waiting on respawns. That part's straightforward. The hard part is knowing when the run is over, even if you're still tempted to squeeze more out of it. If the timer's getting thin, if footsteps sound too close, if another squad starts checking your area, leave. A safe 24K or 28K extract is better than a failed 31K dream. Most losses in this mode come from one bad decision made too late. Get ready before the meta shifts Patch 1.24.0 helped a lot, especially with cleaner audio and fewer annoying interruptions during fights, so the current rhythm feels more dependable than it did a while back. But with Riven Tides around the corner, nobody should expect today's farming route to stay untouched. New maps and spawn patterns will shake things up fast. That's why it's worth stocking Deadline Mines, grenades, and backup gear now instead of scrambling later, and if you're short on time, plenty of players use u4gm to pick up the items they need so they're ready to test new routes the moment the update lands.
